ImageXpres Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMJX), today announced the formation of SmartKiosk Media Services LLC, a joint venture consortium of companies now participating in the rapidly-growing digital advertising industry. The consortium of companies are partnering in a unique business model designed to deliver dynamic advertising services for large and small businesses on a global basis. SmartKiosk Media will deliver Digital-Out-Of-Home (DOOH) advertising via interactive "SmartKiosks," smartphones, internet social networking sites, and a unique format of direct mail print advertising to consumer households.
