American Luxury Products, Inc., a luxury brands company, is pleased to announce that it has completed its merger with Dermalay, Inc. (DMLY.PK). The combined company has been renamed International Luxury Products, Inc. and will have its shares publicly quoted on the Pink Sheets under the symbol ILXP.PK. The company is also the major supplier of luxury western style watches, including the established "Spirit of the West" models, and a new line bearing the prestigious Edward Bohlin brand. The Julien Coudray 1518 brand takes its name from the world's oldest known watchmaker, who in 1518, delivered two daggers inset with miniature clocks to King Louis XII and Francois I. ILXP's wholly owned subsidiary, Edward H. Bohlin, is arguably the most famous and highly regarded name in upscale western luxury goods, with an 85-year tradition of fine silver and leather goods, from buckles to hand-finished saddles. Its signature designs and hand-engraved pieces have been worn by famous personalities such as Ronald Reagan, Ralph Lauren, Kevin Costner, Russell Crowe and Robert Wagner.
