Mr. Shoham stated, "Things have been happening at a very accelerated pace at Identa Corp and we will be releasing much information concerning the different markets and other issues in the next few weeks and months. We have a lot of information to be disclosed and some of it is related to following up on previous press releases. (such as DOD and name of drug store chain)

The new marketing team in the states will be in the following format:

• The law enforcement agencies (federal, state, local) and the military agencies will be marketed by Mr. Devin Standard. Mr. Standard was a Vice President for business development with Smith & Wesson (the famous gun company). He is very experienced in the Homeland Security industry and has very strong connections with decision makers on all levels. Mr. Standard will be working with Identa Corp on a permanent basis, especially with myself.

• Earthbound LLC will continue the penetration of the retail market, with the General Drug Screening kit (in the 8 largest drug store chains in the states). We have renewed the agreement with Earthbound LLC, because of their success in obtaining the order of 70,000 kits from the largest drug store chain a few months ago. The order will be supplied by the summer 2011. Earthbound executives do believe that after the success with the first chain, we will have orders from the other chains also.

• Other drug store chains (except the eight working with Earthbound), working places, educational institutions, etc. will be developed by Mr. Mervin Klein from New York. He is very experienced in the retail market sector.
• By end of February 2011, we will release a new E-Shop, for the General Drug Screening kit and the Confirm kits. Identa Corp has already hired two people to work with the new e-shop, including marketing for the new web site.
• Identa Corp will continue the connections with the agencies created by the former representative in the states, Jant Pharmacal from California.
• Identa Corp is not limited in developing more connections in the states (in addition to the above mentioned reps). Except for Earthbound LLC, no other connections will have exclusivity. Identa Corp will continue to find new marketing possibilities, due to the giant markets in the USA."
