IDenta Corp. (PINKSHEETS: IDTA) CEO Yaacov Shoham announced today that the company's penetration into the markets in Australia and the surrounding region has been developing rapidly.

Identa's rep in Australia, GK Solutions Pty Ltd, is going to participate by having a booth at the following most important congress : the Australasian Chemical Diversion Congress 2010, to be held in Perth, Western Australia between 30 November - 3 December.

At this congress there will be people from the following agencies: There will be representatives from every law enforcement agency in Australia including the Australian Federal Police, Australian Customs & Border Protection, Australian Crime Commission, Corruption & Crime Commission of WA, every Australian State police department and obviously WA Police. There will be overseas representatives from New Zealand Police, Cambodia Police, ministry of Health Malaysia, New Zealand Customs, USA Drug Enforcement Agency, Narcotics Control Department Japan, Netherlands Police, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Ministry of Narcotics Control Pakistan and National Narcotic Control Commission of China.

The Congress is a key meeting of chemical diversion experts aimed at achieving supply reduction objectives through partnership and education. The event has become a major occasion for representatives from law enforcement industry, health authorities, prosecutors and academia to share expert knowledge and experiences about chemical diversion and synthetic drug manufacture. The 2009 Congress held in Sydney was very successful in attracting approximately 200 delegates from Australia and overseas. The transnational nature of precursor and Amphetamine Type Stimulants (ATS) drug trafficking has heightened the need to build international collaborative mechanisms to prevent chemical diversion and illicit drugs manufacture. The Congress is quickly establishing itself as a key part of this effort. The Congress has been progressively building its international profile attracting greater numbers of international participants every year.

The Congress is the peak annual chemical diversion forum in the Asia Pacific Region and brings together experts from national and international law enforcement agencies forensic and health services industry and the legal profession. The Congress has been held annually for the past 13 years attracting International attendees from the United States of America, China, Canada, Netherlands, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, New Zealand, Samoa and Vanuatu.
