(SBR), has expanded the project with the addition of Community TV Networks and River Pointe Media Services as 4 year satellite license holders. Both of these organizations not only expand the Texas market but have international expansion opportunities as well bringing international business opportunities, through established relationships, to Texas SMEs. These organizations combine to increase the potential Small to Mid-size Enterprises (SMEs) subscriber base by another 60,000 over the next 12 months.
