Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On September 16, 2024, Mark Richardson resigned as a director of SunHydrogen, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Richardson’s resignation will be effective September 30, 2024. Mr. Richardson’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
