The Company reported consolidated net income of $568,000 or $0.37 per common share, a decrease of 24.2% compared to the same twelve-month period last year. Fourth quarter net income was $57,000 or $0.04 per common share, a decrease of 73.6%, as compared to a net income of $216,000 or $0.14 per common share for the same quarter last year. FTDL ended the quarter with $2,168,000 of cash and cash equivalents on the balance sheet.
