On July 3, 2019, FieldPoint Petroleum Corporation (NYSE/MKT: FPP ) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the retirement of long-time Board member Dan Robinson, effective June 30, 2019.  Dan has a long history of involvement with the petroleum industry and has a great understanding of the business. His wisdom and vision will be greatly missed. We want to thank Dan for all these years of dedicated participation on the Board and wish him the very best in his retirement.  A copy of the Press Release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 .
