ECOLOGIX Resource Group (OTCBB: EXRG), a natural resource company focused on the timber industry and production of alternative energy solutions, announced today it is awaiting final FINRA approval on a previously announced forward stock split.

On November 25, 2009 the Company announced a one-for-ten forward stock split, pending FINRA approval. ECOLOGIX had expected the stock split to be payable on or about November 30, 2009 to shareholders of record as of November 27, 2009. The record date and related payment date will be adjusted accordingly once the Company receives final FINRA approval.

As previously announced, when the forward stock split becomes effective, shareholders will receive an additional nine shares for every one share of common stock held.
