CyberFuels, Inc. Signs Representation Agreement With Spion Kop Inc.
PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL--(Marketwired - Apr 16, 2014) -
EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ECSL) today announced
that its subsidiary CyberFuels, Inc. has signed a
Representation Agreement with Spion Kop Inc., an Anguillian company
. Under the terms of the agreement, Spion Kop has exclusive
distribution rights to the CyberFuels Inc. patented and patent
pending line of products for the countries of Trinidad and Tobago.
Spion Kop Inc. has also been granted non-exclusive distribution
rights for the Caribbean Islands.
Spion Kops management, Mike Henzell and President Shaun Spiers

CyberFuels Incs. patented and patent pending line of products. Our
customers in the Caribbean will benefit from both CyberFuels 96
octane premium fuel blends, and lower cost points than gasoline.
