EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J.,
Sept. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/
-- Due to popular demand from travelers, Hudson Group is now
offering a selection of regional and imported wines and beers for
consumption at its Quiznos and Euro Cafe locations in Stewart
International Airport.
Wines from the famous Brotherhood Winery in nearby Washingtonville, New York (America's oldest
winery) are featured, along with bottled beer from Brooklyn Lager
Company, Sam Adams and Stella
Artois.
"It has taken several years of due diligence by the Port
Authority and Hudson Group to alter our use clause to make these
products available in the airport," noted Tom Kornacki, Hudson's Senior Vice President,
Food & Beverage. "Our pre- and post-Security customer base at
the airport seems to really appreciate the change."
The local beers and wines are part of a strategy to stock more
local product at Stewart. The Hudson stores in the airport also
carry Oliver Kita Chocolates from Rhinebeck, Nilda's Cookies from Poughkeepsie and books and postcards from
Involvement Media in Fishkill.
