Cuba Beverage Company (PINKSHEETS: CUBV), a manufacturer and innovator of herbal, all-natural energy beverages, announced today it has completed its initial round of new financing through an equity private placement. The Company has received funds and funding commitments totaling $500,000.00 completing the first round of financing. Cuba Beverage intends to now initiate a second round of financing to raise a total of $1,000,000.00 in equity capital.
