Bilfinger Berger SE (GBF.XE) Thursday said its engineering
services unit Tebodin has been awarded a contract by Dutch natural
gas producer Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij, or NAM, for all of
its onshore facilities.
MAIN FACTS:
-Tebodin won the contract in a consortium with partners Cofely,
a unit of GDF Suez SA (GSZ.FR), and Hak Leidingbouw.
-The two partners will provide construction and assembly
work.
-The consortium will provide services valued at several hundred
million euros for five years.
-NAM is Netherland's largest natural gas producer, representing
about 75% of total gas production in the country.
-Bilfinger Berger acquired Tebodin in February 2012.
