"election years", always generate improved financial results for
our company based on the substantially increased ad frequency
during those periods, we still succeed in achieving profitable
operations during non-election year cycles. And
that was achieved again last quarter," states J. Michael Heil, CEO

Third
quarter 2019 revenues were nearly on par with the same period in
the non-election year 2017. Profit before
taxes was $7,923 for the third quarter because the Company
experienced higher expenses relating to the continuing installation
of new systems that will generate additional revenue in
2020. Consequently,
in addition to a profitable third quarter this year, the Company
expects again revenue gains for the 4th quarter
of 2019 and for all of 2020.

the underserved cable TV advertising markets. These cable system
clients want to take advantage of our state of the
art hardware and
software, as well as our profit-sharing model. We
are currently in the process of adding even more systems and
markets, which increases our subscriber base and ad
