SOCIETE D'EXPLORATION MINIERE VIOR INC. (TSX VENTURE:VIO)(FRANKFURT:VL5)
announces that, subject to the TSX Venture Exchange approval, Vior will issue
144,031 common shares at deemed price of $0.063 per share to Fonds de solidarite
FTQ Nord du Quebec ("FTQ") representing the interest due (totalling $9,073,97)
as of February 12, 2012, pursuant to a private placement by way of convertible
debenture in the principal amount of $150,000 on August 12, 2009, that bears
interest at the rate of 12% per annum, payable semi-annually in cash of in
common shares from Vior's capital stock.
