Triex Minerals Corporation (TSX VENTURE:TXM) (the "Company") wishes to announce
that it is proposing to amend the expiry date of 955,500 outstanding warrants
(the "Warrants") from June 14, 2008, to June 14, 2009, subject to TSX Venture
Exchange approval. The Warrants will remain exercisable into common shares at a
price of $4.25 per common share.
