Terreno Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TNO) announces that Mr. Philip Williams has
resigned from the Terreno board of directors effective June 18, 2014. The board
and management team thank Mr. Williams for his contributions to the company. In
conjunction with this, Mr. Albert Contardi has agreed to act as a director of
the Corporation.
