Tanager Energy Inc., (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:TAN) advises the following
matters were voted upon at the Annual General and Special Meeting of the
shareholders (the "Shareholders") of Tanager Energy Inc. held on June 24, 2014
in Calgary, Alberta. Each matter voted upon is described in greater detail in
the Notice of the 2014 Annual General and Special Meeting and Management Proxy
Circular dated April 21, 2014, which is available on SEDAR at www.SEDAR.com.




1.  ELECTION OF DIRECTORS 



By resolution passed by ballot votes, the following three nominees proposed by
management were elected directors of Tanager Energy Inc. to hold office until
the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or
appointed:

By Resolution passed by show of hands, Meyers Norris Penny, Chartered
Accountants, were appointed as auditor of Tanager Energy Inc. for the ensuing
year.




3.  STOCK OPTION PLAN 



By Resolution passed by ballot vote, the 2014 Stock Option Plan was approved.
