("Liaoning") executed April 7, 2011, due to extended delays in finalizing a joint venture arrangement with respect to its Porphyry Pearl Property. It is with great sadness that the Board of Directors also announces the death this summer of Philip Rush, 63, a director and QP for Starfire.  Mr. Rush joined the Board in March, 2007.  Mr. Rush was greatly respected by all who knew him and will be missed.  The members of the Board of Directors extend their sincere condolences to Mr. Rush's family.
