aggregate of 100,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.10 per share to
directors, officers, consultants, and employees of the Company on August 21,
2012. These options expire August 20, 2017 and are governed by the company's
Stock Option Plan. This brings the total number of options outstanding to
1,500,000 or 6.0% of outstanding shares.
