                            Application for admission

Raft announces that it has today issued 100,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each
pursuant to the exercise of options by one of the Company's employees. The new
ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company and application has been made to AIM for the admission to trading of the
shares, which is expected to commence on 17 December 2003.
