CCM Research analyst, Walt Spaude, CFA, has written an update report on Oracle
Energy Corp.


Oracle Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:OCL) (PINK SHEETS:OECPF) is an international
company engaged in the development and exploration of oil and gas. Oracle has an
18.75% interest in 640 acres of Zapata County, Texas. The Company also has a 20%
interest in 6 previously producing oil and gas concessions in Romania. New
project acquisitions are also actively being pursued and evaluated in Honduras,
Central America and elsewhere.


In the report the analyst states, "A successful, commercially viable energy find
on any of its properties (several of which have ongoing activity and are
expected to begin active drilling operations in the near term) would likely
result in a substantial increase in share price and a return on investment
significantly greater than general market indices."


The analyst continues, "Oracle Energy has several funded projects that have the
potential for generating revenue within the next 60-90 days."


Regarding reserves, the analyst notes: "Both of Oracle's upcoming drilling
projects have had some previous drilling activity with either an indication of
oil or natural gas or actual production."
