Nayarit Gold, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NYG) (PINK SHEETS:NYRTF) is a Canadian gold and
silver exploration company. The Company controls over 102,000 hectares of mining
concessions, known as the Orion Project, in the State of Nayarit, Mexico.
Management's strategy is to build Nayarit Gold Inc. into a profitable resource
company and maximize shareholder value through exploration of its high quality
mining properties.


In the report the analyst states, "The Orion Project is host to a series of
high-grade silver veins with a strong gold credit. NYG has drilled 19 holes at
the Animas discovery zone (with two holes still in progress) and acquired seven
additional mining concessions totaling 2,730 hectares in Orion Silver-Gold
Mining District. The Company delivered Phase I drill program with quick
turnaround and solid results, while Phase II is underway."


The analyst continues, "NYG is continuing to strengthen its management team and
the current success is viewed as correlated with this group of seasoned and
competitive individuals."
