Northern Tiger Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NTR) announces that it will be
offering a non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of up to
$1,500,000 ("Offering"). The Offering will be units ("Units") with a
subscription price of $0.12 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one Class "A"
common share or one Flow-through Class "A" common share ("Common Share") and
one-half of one share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will
entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share for a price of $0.18 for
a period of two years from the date of issuance. 


The Offering will be conducted in reliance upon certain prospectus and
registration exemptions and all securities to be issued will be subject to a
four month hold period. The net proceeds from the Offering will be used
primarily for exploration on Northern Tiger's 3Ace Property in the southeast
Yukon.


The Corporation may pay, in accordance with regulatory requirements, finder's
fees to agents for obtaining subscriptions for Units pursuant to TSX Venture
Exchange policy. Completion of the Offering is subject to all required
regulatory approvals, including the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.


Northern Tiger Resources Inc.  (TSX VENTURE:NTR) is a Canadian-based resource
exploration company focused on gold and copper exploration in the Yukon, where
it has a strong portfolio of projects. Drilling in 2011 intersected 4.6 g/t gold
