software and related services, today announced it has formed an
exclusive partnership with mdBriefCase, Canada's foremost online (electronic)
continuing medical education (eCME) organization. The partnership
will provide Nightingale's EMR users with seamless access to
mdBriefCase's eCME programs, with mdBriefCase reciprocally
marketing the partnership through its various channels.

Under this agreement, Nightingale's customers
will have direct access from the Company's cloud-based EMR,
Nightingale On Demand, to the accredited, online CME programs
offered by mdBriefCase. Once launched, customers will also have
direct access from the Company's next-generation product, Nexia™
EMR. Nightingale will be the exclusive EMR partner of mdBriefCase
for a minimum period of one year.

mdBriefCase will promote its partnership with

Physicians in Canada are required to earn a minimum number
of CME credits annually to maintain their medical licenses, as
determined by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Royal College of Physicians and
Surgeons of Canada. By providing a
seamless link from its cloud-based EMR solution, Nightingale is
supporting its customers in achieving their licensing
requirements.
