MD&A for the three months ended December 31, 2012 on SEDAR (www.sedar.com). As
of December 31, 2012, Malbex had working capital of $1.65 million and
cash-on-hand of $2.04 million compared with working capital of $1.8 million and
cash-on-hand of $2.3 million at September 30, 2012.
