IDL-X) announces that effective today, Anna Lentz is leaving as CFO, as she will be
pursuing new opportunities. On behalf of the CEO, Dr.
Sidong Huang and the Board of
Directors, we would like to thank Anna for her contribution and
wish her the best in her future endeavors.
Effective immediately, Dr. Paul
Lin who is a Board member is appointed interim
CFO. Dr. Lin has significant financial experience.
The IDC Board of Directors is actively engaged in selecting a new
CFO which should be concluded this month.
