This press release is being disseminated as required by National Instrument
62-103 - The Early Warning System and Related Take Over Bids and Insider
Reporting Issues - in connection with the filing of an early warning report (the
"Early Warning Report") regarding the acquisition of common shares of Telehop
Communications Inc. (TSX VENTURE:HOP) ("Telehop"). Suraj Holdings Inc., jointly
with 1530487 Ontario Inc., each of 1039 McNicoll Avenue, 2nd Floor, Toronto,
Ontario M1W 3W6, (collectively, the "Acquiror"), have acquired through a private
transaction 8,000,000 common shares in the capital of Telehop (the "Shares"),
representing 24.79% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Telehop. The
deemed value of the Shares purchased by the Acquiror is $800,000.


Upon completion of the acquisition, the Acquiror, which had no prior
shareholdings in Telehop, now owns or controls 8,000,000 common shares of
Telehop, representing 24.79% of the issued and outstanding common shares of
Telehop.


The Acquiror purchased the shares for investment purposes and may purchase
additional shares of Telehop on the open market, by private agreement or
otherwise subject to their availability at attractive prices, market conditions,
applicable laws and other relevant factors.


The Acquiror intends to file a report describing the above transaction with
applicable regulators, a copy of which shall be promptly sent to anyone who
requests it from the person noted below.
