vehicle security systems, is pleased to announce that it has
received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX")
to graduate from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") and list its
common shares (the "Common Shares") on the TSX.
The Common Shares of the Company will be listed and posted for
trading on the TSX at the opening of markets on Tuesday, October 6, 2015. In connection with the
listing of the Common Shares of the Company on the TSX, the Common
Shares of the Company will be delisted from the TSXV on
Tuesday, October 6, 2015, upon
commencement of trading on the TSX. The Common Shares of the
Company will continue to trade under the symbol "GPS".
