Focused Capital Corp. ("Focused Capital") (TSX VENTURE:FLO.H), a capital pool
company as defined under Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the
"Exchange"), announces the termination of the non-binding letter of intent (the
"LOI") dated August 20, 2013 between Focused Capital and Quincy Oil & Gas Corp.
("Quincy") for the acquisition of 100% of the common shares of Quincy, which was
expected to qualify as Focused Capital's "Qualifying Transaction" as defined by
Exchange Policy 2.4. Accordingly, the common shares of Focused Capital are
scheduled to be reinstated to trading on the NEX trading board of the Exchange
effective the opening January 20, 2014.
