VANCOUVER, BC, April 30, 2021 /CNW/ - The financial results of
Consolidated Firstfund Capital Corp. (TSXV: FFP) (the "Company" or
"Firstfund") for the three months ended December 31, 2020 show a net income of
$287,817 or $0.04 per share (2019 - $755,256 or $0.12
per share). The Company recorded an unrealized net gain of
$210,261 (2019 - $700,867) on the revaluation of the investments
in Vitality Products Inc. (TSXV: VPI) measured at fair value
through profit or loss. The Company's fee income decreased to
$79,682 for the three months ended
December 31, 2020 (2019 -
$80,702).
The financial results of the Company for the year ended
December 31, 2020 show a net loss of
$224,001 or $0.04 per share (2019 - $263,595 or $0.04
per share). The Company recorded an unrealized net loss of
$350,433 (2019 - $350,434) on the revaluation of the investments
in Vitality Products Inc. measured at fair value through profit or
loss. The Company's fee income increased to $327,888 for the year ended December 31, 2020 (2019 - $324,438).
