                            RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


The Board of Eurocopy announces the resignation of Mr John Lavery as a director
of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Lavery's departure from employment by
the Company has been agreed by mutual consent between the Board and Mr Lavery.
The contractual terms set out in Mr Lavery's service agreement dated 15 January
2003 will be honoured by both parties.
