ENG Energulf Resources (delisted)

EnerGulf Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ENG)(FRANKFURT:EKS) ("EnerGulf" or "the
Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Chu as the
Company's new Chief Financial Officer.


Mr. Chu, an employee with Marrelli Support Services Inc., is a Canadian
Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill
University. He previously worked in public accounting, with the past two years
providing financial services primarily to junior exploration companies.


The Company thanks Mr. Clive Brookes for his years of service as a director and
more recently, the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
