announces a complaint for damages and injunctive relief with respect to an
action for defamation has been filed against the Company in the State of
California in the United States District Court, Central District of California.
The Company does not have an operations or assets in California and believes
this claim to be without merit and is in the process of preparing its defence in
response to this action.
