CTE Centric Energy Corp.

Centric Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CTE) announces that, further to its press
release dated August 23, 2010 giving notice of the acceleration of the expiry
date for the 18,750,000 warrants issued in March 2010, a total of 18,450,000
warrants have been exercised for aggregate proceeds of C$2,214,000. The
remaining unexercised warrants have expired.


Centric Energy currently has 91,918,106 shares issued, with no warrants and
5,805,000 options outstanding.
