Cameo Cobalt Corp. (TSX Venture: CRU) (OTC: CRUUF) (FWB: SY7N) (the “Company” or “Cameo Cobalt”) is pleased to announce that further to its news release announced April 17, 2019, the Company has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to change its name (the “Name Change”) to Cameo Industries Corp.

Effective at the open of the market on Friday April 26, 2019, Cameo Cobalt will be trading under its new name Cameo Industries Corp.  The CUSIP AND ISIN numbers have changed to CA13322A1012 and 13322A101 respectively. The Company will continue trading under the symbol CRU.
