pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ian Ekholm to the Company's board of
directors (the "Board"). Mr. Ekholm brings over fifteen years of experience in
private wealth management focused on growing public companies. He has over
twenty years of experience as a negotiator between government and private sector
companies on issues involving legal and regulatory compliance, acquisition,
financing of capital projects, construction management, and cost control. Mr.
Ekholm has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California,
Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist
University.

companies involved in the exploration, extraction and production of oil and
natural gas in under serviced market space throughout Western Canada. Ceiba
develops and constructs facilities in proximity to its customers to provide
