TrueContext Mobile Solutions Corporation, formerly Carlaw Capital II Corp. (the "Corporation" or "TrueContext") (TSX VENTURE: CAW.P), is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") with respect to its previously announced qualifying transaction (the "Qualifying Transaction"). The Exchange final bulletin relating to the completion of the Qualifying Transaction is scheduled to be issued on August 19, 2009.

The Corporation is no longer considered a Capital Pool Company and will resume trading on the Exchange on Thursday, August 20, 2009 under its new name and trading symbol "TMN".
