COQUITLAM, BC, Aug. 11 /CNW/ -- COQUITLAM, BC, Aug. 11 /CNW/ - Alpha Gold Corporation ("Alpha Gold" or the "Company") announced today that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, the Company has granted a total of 1,950,000 new stock options to Directors, Officers and select consultants. Directors and Officers have been granted an aggregate of 1,100,000 options exercisable at $0.10 per share; certain consultants have been awarded 350,000 options exercisable at $0.10 vesting according to schedules that follow the dictates of the Company's Stock Option Plan. CHF Investor Relations, the Company's IR counsel, has been granted 500,000 options also exercisable at $0.10 with no more than 25% vesting in any three-month period. In the event of CHF's termination, any unexercised options will be cancelled after 30 days. All grants are valid for five years.
