A.I.S. Resources (TSX VENTURE:AIS) announces changes to its Board of Directors.
With the passing of Lady Edith Turnquist, the Board of Directors appointed Caryl
Lashley of Nassau Bahamas to the Board of Directors. Andrew S. Burgess has also
resigned from the Board and as Chief Financial Officer at year end. Alan Smith,
CEO, said, "We believe we have found an excellent replacement for Lady Edith
Turnquist in our jurisdiction of incorporation. We also wish to thank Drew
Burgess for his many years of faithful service to the Company."
