2015 /CNW/ - Alternative Earth Resources Inc.
("AER") (TSX.V: AER) announced that it has agreed with Black
Sea Copper & Gold Corp. ("Black Sea") and the
securityholders of Black Sea to extend the closing date of the
proposed acquisition of Black Sea until December 31, 2015.
Management and the directors of AER are
considering all of legal options available to AER, which may
include an appeal of the decision of the British Columbia Supreme
Court in the legal proceedings commenced by Jaguar Financial
Corporation against AER and its directors. Refer to the AER News
