Price is no longer the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. The
Company is in the process of finalizing the appointment of his replacement and
expects to make an announcement in the coming week. 


The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Price for his contributions to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
