BULLETIN TYPE: Sustaining Fees, Halt
BULLETIN DATE: May 11, 2009

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Notice to Issuers Bulletin of March
18, 2009 announcing the due date for payment of outstanding Sustaining
fees, as March 31, 2009, the Exchange has not received payment from the
following trading issuers of their annual sustaining fees. A copy of the
March 18, 2009 Bulletin is posted in the News Archive, Market Information
and Statistics section of the home page of the Exchange website at
www.tsx.com.

At the open of business on Monday May 11, 2009, the securities of these
issuers were halted from trading for failure to pay their annual
sustaining fees. In addition, an issuer halted for failure to pay the
sustaining fee will be subject to a processing fee of $250.00 + GST and
the 5% Late Payment Fee outlined in the March 18, 2009 bulletin to be
brought back to trade.

If payment is not made within 10 business days of being halted, the issuer
will be suspended from trading without further notice. Once an issuer is
suspended from trading, it will be subject to a reinstatement review,
which must be accompanied by the applicable fee of $500.00 + GST and the
5% Late Payment Fee.

In May 2009, suspended issuers should expect to be sent a notice to
delist.

A la suite de l'avis aux emetteurs de la Bourse de croissance TSX date du
18 mars 2009 annoncant la date d'echeance du paiement des droits de
maintien de l'inscription en souffrance au 31 mars 2009, la Bourse n'a pas
recu le paiement des droits annuels de maintien de l'inscription des
emetteurs inscrits suivants. Une copie du bulletin du 18 mars 2009 est
disponible dans la section Renseignements boursiers et statistiques des
Nouvelles archivees sur la page d'accueil du site Web de la Bourse au
www.tsx.com.

A compter du 11 mai, 2009 a l'ouverture des marches, les titres de ces
emetteurs ont fait l'objet d'un arret de negociation pour n'avoir pas paye
les droits annuels de maintien de l'inscription. De plus, les emetteurs
dont les titres feront l'objet d'un arret de negociation pour defaut de
paiement des droits de maintien de l'inscription devront acquitter des
droits de traitement de 250,00 $ plus les taxes applicables et les frais
de retard de 5 % tel qu'etabli dans le bulletin date du 18 mars 2009 pour
pouvoir reprendre les negociations.

Si le paiement n'est pas fait dans les 10 jours ouvrables suivant l'arret
de negociation, l'emetteur sera suspendu sans autre preavis. Un emetteur
suspendu est assujetti a un examen de readmission; il devra alors
acquitter des droits d'examen de 500 $ plus les taxes applicables et les
frais de retard de 5 %.

Les emetteurs suspendus qui ont des droits de maintien en souffrance
doivent s'attendre a recevoir un avis de radiation en mai 2009.

respect of the Company's non-arm's length acquisition (the Acquisition) of
Rhea Resources Inc. (Rhea) for an aggregate consideration of approximately

The Acquisition was carried out pursuant to an amalgamation (the

amended on April 22, 2009, as entered into among the Company, Rhea and
2195672 Ontario Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
