(RUS - TSX) announced voting results from its 2020 annual meeting
of shareholders held on May 5,
2020. A total of 29,765,062 common shares were represented at
the meeting in person or by proxy, representing 47.87% of the
62,184,978 issued and outstanding common shares as of the
record date on March 20, 2020.
