- TSX) announced voting results from its 2015 annual and special
meeting of shareholders held on May
5, 2015. A total of 35,231,296 common shares were
represented at the meeting in person or by proxy, representing
57.11% of the 61,687,628 issued and outstanding common shares as of
the record date on March 24,
2015.
Shareholders voted in favour of the election of each nominee
