Metals Inc. (RUS - TSX) announced today that Mr. James F. Dinning has been appointed as Chair of
the Board of the Company to replace Mr. Anthony F. Griffiths who retired as a director
and as Chair of the Board on Tuesday, May 6,
2014.
Anthony F.
Griffiths was initially elected as a Director of the Company
on May 14, 1997 and was appointed
Chair of the Board on June 2, 1997.

James F. Dinning
has been a director of the Company since February 17, 2003. Mr. Hedges commented,
