Euro 600 MILLION MULTICURRENCY REVOLVING CREDIT FACILITY FOR

TPG N.V.

TPG N.V. ("TPG") is pleased to announce the successful completion of a five year
Euro 600 million Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility (the "Facility"). The
Facility replaces the Company's existing Euro 500 million facility signed July
1999. It will be used as liquidity backup for TPG's commercial paper programme
and for general funding purposes.


ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Banc of America Securities Limited acted as Mandated Lead
Arrangers and Bookrunners; ING Bank N.V. acted as Mandated Lead Arranger and
Documentation Agent; and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc acted at Mandated Lead
Arranger and Facility Agent.
