Disclosure of information regarding recently appointed Directors

The Company today discloses the following information pursuant to Paragraphs
16.4 and 16.13 of the Listing Rules made by the UK Listing Authority. This
disclosure is based upon information provided by each such Director and has not
been independently verified by the Company.

Biographical details of the recently appointment Directors were announced as
part of the Company's Preliminary Announcement made on 16 December 2003.

SAMUEL L GINN

Mr Ginn is currently a director of Hewlett Packard Company, Chevron Texaco
Corporation and ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Limited. In the previous 5
years, Mr Ginn also held directorships in TransAmerica Corporation and Safeway,
Inc. Other than those directorships and his directorship of the Company, Mr Ginn
does not currently hold and has not held in the previous 5 years any other
directorships in any other publicly quoted company.

Mr Ginn has no details to disclose pursuant to Paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of
the Listing Rules.

Mr Ginn has no interest in the share capital of the Company to disclose pursuant

PETER GODSOE, O.C.

Mr Godsoe is currently a director of The Bank of Nova Scotia, Empire Company

Sir Ronald Hampel is currently a director of Alcoa Inc and AELTC (Wimbledon)
Limited. In the previous 5 years Sir Ronald Hampel also held directorships in
BAE Systems and ICI PLC. Other than those directorships and his directorship of
the Company, Sir Ronald Hampel does not currently hold and has not held in the
previous 5 years any other directorships in any other publicly quoted company.

Sir Ronald Hampel has no details to disclose pursuant to Paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to
(g) of the Listing Rules.

Sir Ronald Hampel holds 21,618 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence and 2702 Warrants in
the Company. In July 1996 Sir Ronald Hampel acquired 20,000 'C' Ordinary Shares
in the capital of the Company at a price of #1 per share. In November 1996 such
shares were converted at a rate of 0.680940 Ordinary Shares for each such 'C'
Ordinary Share and 1 Warrant for each 7.401533 'C' Shares. Following such
conversion Sir Ronald Hampel held 13,618 Ordinary Shares and 2702 Warrants in
the Company. The remaining 8,000 Ordinary Shares were acquired on 19 December
2003 for #1.43 per share and this transaction was disclosed to the Company on 22
December 2003. Other than the foregoing, Sir Ronald Hampel has no interest in
the share capital of the Company to disclose pursuant to Paragraph 16.13 of the
Listing Rules.

ANDREW S.B. KNIGHT

Mr Knight currently holds directorships in RIT Capital Partners plc, Times
Newspapers Holdings Ltd and The News Corporation Ltd. Other than these
directorships and his directorship of the Company, Mr Knight does not currently
hold and has not held in the previous 5 years any other directorships in any
other publicly quoted company.

the Listing Rules.
