(Amex(R)) opened trading today on Merrill Lynch's Accelerated
Return Notes Linked to the Russell 1000 Growth Index. Priced at
$10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 10,500,000 units,
this equity trades under the ticker symbol GOC and has a maturity
date of December 4, 2008. The notes are issued by Merrill Lynch.
