The Company has been informed today that as at close of business on 23 May 2003,
Hoodless Brennan & Partners plc held 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company
representing approximately 3.85% of the current issued share capital.

The Company has also been notified today that as a result of the recent Placing
in the Company, City Equities Limited held 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 7.71% of the current issued share capital. As a result of
sales to private customers, City Equities Limited no longer holds a notifiable
interest in the Company.
